QUARTILE Function
The QUARTILE function returns the quartile values of the given set of entries. Quartiles are 3 points which divide the given data into 4 portions.
Formula:
=QUARTILE(Range, Quartile value)
Whereas quartile value can be 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4
0 – Minimum/Lowest value
1 – First quartile (25th percentile)
2 – Median value (50th percentile)
3 – Third quartile (75th percentile)
4 – Maximum value
Percentile = A portion of a total number.
