DATEDIF Function

The DATEDIF function, when combined with TODAY function, is used to calculate the number of years/months/days that have passed from the given date.Note that the function finds only one of the following – years, months, days. These cannot be found together.

Formula:


=DATEDIF(C8,TODAY(),"y") or =DATEDIF(C8,TODAY(),"m") or =DATEDIF(C8,TODAY(),"d")Whereas C8 is the cell where date is provided, "y" is years, "m" is months and "d" is days.
