Brush tool is used to brush strokes with the current color, ink, and fill pattern.
The Pencil tool is the basic drawing tool.
Both tool are similar, except that brush tool will have a smooth finish.
Select the size, shape, opacity, and mode from the Brush Settings dialog box or the selection panel.
Depending upon the selection of the tool, related options appear in the Tool Options bar.
